A 4-storey apartment building, comprising of 20 maisonettes, HMS has been contracted to fully refurbish and modernise the existing building, erected in 1966.

Working to update Morgan House and bring the building up to modern standards and make it fully fit-for-purpose, the team will:

• Replace all windows and doors
• Improve the thermal performance of the building by installing external wall insulation
• Replace the roof
• Refurbish all communal areas
• Treat all external boundary walls and landscape exterior
• Create a new, secure car parking area
