Taking over the completion of this project when Cruden Construction went into administration, HMS ensured the redevelopment of the former Lyndale School site and the continuation of this development. With works on site halting not long after the foundations were laid, this site required the team to effectively manage and complete works.

Handing over 28 homes – all available via Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership – HMS finished all works and its resilience and ability to mobilise quickly saw the iconic local site repurposed to meet the homeownership needs of Eastham’s community.
