Fully refurbishing, altering and converting a 4-storey Victorian building, HMS completely transformed the existing premises to create a modern commercial and residential building that was fully fit-for-purpose.

This project saw the team fully convert and extend the ground floor to create 2 new funeral chapels. Alongside this, the first and second floors of the building were repurposed into four independent, private let apartments, with private access.
