Completing a 24-unit development following the collapse of Melrose Construction, HMS took over development works at Brookside Close.

Finishing external works on the 2, 12-unit apartment blocks and undertaking all internal works, HMS finished all 1-bedroom apartments and created an affordable housing scheme where all properties were available via Affordable Rent.
