We're thrilled to have completed our latest new build project and to have handed over 13 new build homes to landlord, Torus.
Riverside adds to the new build homes already completed by the team this year and marks the beginning of a series of exciting handovers for HMS, including schemes across the Liverpool City Region.
With new build construction a relatively new workstream for the organisation, only commencing in 2018, we're quickly demonstrating its ability to grow and adapt, with over 300 new homes currently on site.
Discussing the handover, Construction Director, John Barrow, said: “Despite a number of challenges slowing down progress on site, including disruptions in the supply chain and of course, COVID-19, I’m delighted to see Riverside complete.”
