Expanding Services to Wirral with Latest Contract Win

We’re thrilled to announce our latest appointment as Wirral Methodist Housing Association’s (WMHA) repairs and maintenance provider.

Managing the repairs and maintenance of WMHA’s portfolio of 905 properties, the team will support WMHA to provide high quality, safe and secure homes for families across Wirral and Ellesmere Port for the next two years.

The contract will see us provide both responsive and emergency repairs and maintenance services to all of WMHA’s occupied and void properties, ultimately expanding HMS’ geographic footprint beyond Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.

Discussing HMS’ latest contract win, Managing Director of HMS, Paul Worthington, said: “We’re delighted to begin working with Wirral Methodist Housing Association and to deliver services that will ensure their customers can be safe, secure and supported at home.
