Electrical Installation and Maintenance

Our qualified, experienced and NICEIC registered electrical engineers are available to clients on a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year basis.

Each year, HMS electrical teams respond to over 12,000 reactive maintenance calls - covering domestic, commercial and multi-occupancy premises – and carry out 7,000 Electrical Inspection Condition Reports.

Our electrical teams identify and rectify faults whilst on site. We’ll also undertake any upgrading works required to ensure wiring is safe and meets current legislative requirements. Each installation is tested and recorded on hand-held mobile equipment; Qualifying Supervisors verify each test report to ensure we achieve highest levels of compliance.

The team also undertakes new installations on both refurbishment and construction projects.

Working with national manufacturers, the team undergoes a process of continuous professional development to ensure that all engineers are up-to-date with the latest technology.
