Major office refurbishment completed

Leading North West specialist construction and maintenance contractor HMS Is committed to building strong working relationships and delivering key construction developments.

HMS has recently completed a major refurbishment of the office space at Yanco’s building in Estuary Commerce Park, South Liverpool. HMS high quality customer care ensured minimal disruption throughout the 10-week project at the specialist insecticides producer while Yanco’s office staff remained onsite.

The refurbishment was completed on time and to budget and included the extension of a large mezzanine floor. This is composed of three air-conditioned main meeting rooms/offices with glass panelling which will be finished with a decorative landscape scene frieze.

An additional corridor and steel staircase has improved access alongside modernised and accessible conveniences and washrooms. New internal walls and doors provide insulation and fire safety and an additional display screen will be added to the largest office to create a more flexible space for staff.

Francis Eades, Commercial Director at HMS said: “This has been an interesting and exciting project for HMS, working with an innovative new client such as Yanco. It is great that we have helped to make the most out of the facilities that they run their successful operations out of, and this further highlights our growing partnerships and networks across the City region and our investment into delivering key construction initiatives.”
