National Customer Service Week takes place from 1st-5th October and provides an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays not only for running successful business but also for retaining customers.
Throughout the week we will be providing updates and news stories about our staff and teams who go the extra mile on a day to day basis to provide outstanding customer service. Paul Worthington, Managing Director at HMS said:

A virtual Quiz Night and Race Night has raised over an amazing £1,200 for North West charity, Torus Foundation.
