Contracts can call for everything from full electrical rewires, central heating upgrades and the demolition of internal walls to the installation of level access showers and high specification items, such as Porcelanosa tiles and Grohe fixtures/fittings.

At a recent project for Liverpool Mutual Homes in the Liverpool 4 area, HMS overcame significant property challenges to deliver a high-standard installation on time and budget.
